Just starting? Which class do I take with little to NO pole experience?

TIP OF THE ICE (INTRO TO POLE)

Are you new to Pole Dancing or want to try our studio? In this 1.5 hour class you will be introduced to what our Breaking the ICE class is all about. You will begin with a sensually driven strength and stretch focused warm up that will introduce basic movement. After the warm up, you will spend a portion of class learning basic spinning pole tricks. We finish class by taking elements of what you have learned in class and work into short choreographed routine.

ICE-POLE BASICS

Are you new to Pole Dancing or want to try our studio? In this 1.5 hour class you will be introduced to the basics of pole. You will begin with a strength and stretch focused warm up that will introduce you to the muscle groups you will be using to accomplish basic pole tricks. We incorporate safe stretch and strengthening technique that prevents injury while helping you achieve your personal goal. This class is designed to help individual progression, focus on the athleticism of the pole, and can be taken as a supplemental class to work solely on the pole tricks introduced in our Breaking the ICE Series classes.
