In this class you will focus on the pole foundations necessary to build proper inversion form & grip points for secure leg hangs with & without hands.
A series of exercises will give each student the tools needed to condition towards clean inversions into cruscifix, inside & outside leg hangs, and more.

This class is open to ALL LEVELS with modifications given to more advanced students, as needed.

Are you new to Pole Dancing or want to try our studio? In this 1.5 hour class you will be introduced to the basics of pole. You will begin with a strength and stretch focused warm up that will introduce you to the muscle groups you will be using to accomplish basic pole tricks. We incorporate safe stretch and strengthening technique that prevents injury while helping you achieve your personal goal.  This class is designed to help individual progression, focus on the athleticism of the pole, and can be taken as a supplemental class to work solely on the pole tricks introduced in our Breaking the ICE Series classes.

PREREQUISITE – NONE – No prerequisite required/needed. No shoes or socks required. Shorts are recommended to bring for this class.

Now that you are acquainted with the pole, it’s time to get really familiar. Welcome to Pole Essentials where you will continue your journey in the fun and fabulous world of pole tricks. In this 1.5 hour class you will learn new pole tricks and perfect the ones you already know. Each class begins with a 30-minute stretch and strength focused warm-up and pole exercises to get you where you want to go. You want to master that trick? You have to work for it.

In Pole Essentials you will expand on basic inversions and add flair to your tricks. You’ll work on spinning and climbing variations and learn various grips which will build strength and prepare you for more advanced tricks, such as the Inverted Body Wave, Pike and Shoulder Mount.

This class may be taken as a drop-in, through a class pack or membership package.

PREREQUISITE – Breaking the ICE I, II, & III or at least 6 months pole experience is a prerequisite for this class. Participants must be able to perform and pull into basic inversions without assistance. If you have previous pole experience, call the studio to discuss appropriate placement for your skill level.

ICE-Spin Pole Essentials

Now it’s time to execute what we have learned in ICE-POLE Basics and ICE-Pole Essentials and apply it spin pole. In this 1 hour class you will be taken through a 20 min warm up followed by applying your essentials pole tricks to spin pole. Learn how to control your spin, body placement and basic spin pole combinations to enhance your pole fluidity.

This class may be taken as a drop-in, through a class pack or membership package.

PREREQUISITE – Pole Essentials can be taken concurrently or 8+ months previous pole experience is a prerequisite for this class. If you have previous pole experience, call the studio to discuss appropriate placement for your skill level.

You’ve evolved and it’s time to take your pole tricks to the next level. Now that you’ve mastered the fundamentals of pole dancing, it’s time to show the pole who’s boss. Welcome to Pole Evolution.

This 1.5 hour class will begin with an intermediate strength focused warm-up that will prepare you for all the exciting new tricks to come. After the warm-up you’ll work on inverted holds, climbing variations, shoulder mount variations, leg extensions and learn tricks like the Jade and Aysha.

This class may be taken as a drop-in, through a class pack or membership package.

PREREQUISITE – Pole Essentials or 8+ months previous pole experience is a prerequisite for this class. If you have previous pole experience, call the studio to discuss appropriate placement for your skill level.

Grasp the beauty and essence of all the pole tricks you have learned and continue to learn in this 1 hour class. Using various pole exercises coupled with new combinations, your body will begin to display all of its unique power and grace on spin pole.

Prepare to become a bona fide pole goddess. This is the class you’ve been waiting for. Your head will spin from the awesomeness that is Power Pole.

This 1.5 hour class begins with an advanced 30-minute stretch and strength focused warm-up, followed by instruction and coaching in impressive pole tricks that can only be described as WOW. You’ll learn advanced combinations, advanced releases and awe-inspiring tricks, such as various Superman Drops, Handsprings, and aerial lifts.

This class may be taken as a drop-in, through a class pack or membership package.

PREREQUISITE – Pole Evolution or 1 year + previous pole experience is a prerequisite for this class. If you have previous pole experience, call the studio to discuss appropriate placement for your skill level.
