Lose inches, build strength and get the definition you’ve always wanted with ICE Sculpt. This 1 hour class is a full-body, cardio-strength class that will leave you feeling like Superwoman. We’re not messing around here. You are going to sweat! ICE Sculpt is strictly a conditioning class. There is no pole work. Workouts will vary week to week to ensure your body is working to its full potential.
PREREQUISITE – None required. COED and may be taken as a drop in class, through a class pack or membership package.
A one hour ballet class with classic structure of ballet combinations that take place at the barre and center floor. Beginning ballet students learn musicality, coordination, choreography, and artistry as well as placement, posture, and technique.
PREREQUISITE – None required. Ages 15 – Adult, COED, and may be taken as a drop in class, through a class pack or membership package.
This is a 30 minute class designed to work your core in all the right places. This does not mean 30 minutes of crunches, rather this class uses various techniques to target front, back & side core connectors for an all over CORE challenge. This class will have you leaving the studio feeling strong & accomplished!
CAPD’s ICE-Balance class is a 90 minute Open Level class that will begin with a postural alignment and muscle stabilization warm up to help both resting postures as well as prepare for floor based inversions. You will then practice techniques to strengthen and find balance in multiple variations of shoulder stands, headstands, forearm stands, and handstands. COME GET YOUR BALANCE ON!
