Aileen Bidwill discovered pole dancing years ago when she first took class as a student. Originally it was just to try something new, and having danced throughout her youth, she was curious to see what pole dancing was all about. After a few classes she fell in love with the movement and discovered a passion that has changed her life. She started teaching because she felt compelled to share this amazing art, hoping to give to others some of what pole dancing has given her. Her goal is simple; to inspire and motivate her students.
If there was one word to describe Aileen’s teaching, it would be supportive. Whatever your goals, she will work with you to achieve them. She strives to be a compassionate, guiding presence. Through her experience she has discovered that pole dancing is not one size fits all, but tailor made, with every student being unique in what aspects of pole dancing appeals to them. She hopes to encourage self-discovery and personal expression within a safe space, but more than anything she wants her students to have fun. She looks forward to seeing you in class.
